MGM Resorts reported revenue of $4.2 billion for the third quarter of 2026, down 1% from a year earlier. Its Las Vegas Strip resorts earned less than they did a year ago, while its online business lost less revenue.
Revenue from the Las Vegas Strip resorts fell 2% to $2.0 billion. Adjusted EBITDAR on the Strip fell 12% to $531 million. CEO Bill Hornbuckle said that lower room rates during the third quarter are what impacted the results.
Hornbuckle also pointed to the fact that the Strip’s adjusted EBITDAR over the past twelve months has grown by nearly 70% since calendar year 2019, and that October has rebounded favorably.
MGM Digital, which includes LeoVegas but not BetMGM, grew revenue 6% to $184 million. Its EBITDAR loss fell to $4 million, from $23 million in the third quarter of 2025.
MGM China’s revenue rose 5% to $1.1 billion. Regional revenue fell 8% to $883 million after MGM sold some properties. At the properties MGM still owns, revenue rose 1%.
For the company as a whole, adjusted EBITDA fell to $403 million from $506 million. Adjusted earnings per share were a loss of $0.11, compared with $0.24 a year earlier. The net loss attributable to MGM narrowed to $17 million from $285 million.
MGM also announced an amended voting agreement with its results. CFO Jonathan Halkyard said the agreement establishes a highly supportive framework for the company to pursue value-creating share repurchases.
