raketech shares q3 2026 results with €5m revenue

Raketech has revealed its Q3 results, reporting that revenue from continued operations came in at €5.0 million, down from €5.6 million in the second quarter and €6.2 million a year earlier, as activity eased after the World Cup and the Paid Publisher Network continued to decline.

Adjusted EBITDA was €1.2 million, unchanged year-on-year, with the margin rising to 23.0% thanks to a lower cost base following the company’s reorganization.

Raketech also agreed to pay €8.2 million to settle the outstanding earnout for Casumba Media, well below the roughly €20.3 million it would have owed under the existing terms, as it reported stable adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026.

The settlement is funded by a €5.2 million loan from Bank of Valletta, repayable over three years at 6.65%, and €3.0 million in cash that was paid to the sellers in October. Raketech expects annual net finance costs to drop by just over €1.0 million, while the €12.0 million deferred consideration from the sale of the Casumba assets, payable monthly until December 2029, is not affected by the agreement.

Johan Svensson, CEO of Raketech, commented:

“With the earnout settlement agreed, adjusted EBITDA stable at a stronger margin and our media-led model, established in Sweden, now being rolled out across our markets, we believe Raketech is entering 2027 on a stronger foundation for gradual improvement.”

In Affiliation Marketing, revenue fell to €3.7 million, mainly because of non-core markets, while Sweden and Denmark both grew. The company has launched six media products this year, including Casinofeber Media, BetXpert Media in Denmark and Corriere del Gioco in Italy, and early October figures showed Affiliation Marketing revenue above September’s level, though still slightly below the Q3 average.
