Cancellation Policy

For paid events, you may request a refund for cancellations received up to 90 working days before the event, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. If you cancel after this deadline, you will be charged the full amount and no refund will be given. Please note that a small processing fee of up to 3% may be deducted from the refund.

For free events, we appreciate your prompt notification if you wish to cancel any places. However, please note that we reserve the right to restrict bookings from companies with a history of persistent no-shows.

If you or your delegates fail to attend the event without any notice (a “no show”), this will be considered a cancellation, and you will be charged the full amount for your place, and no refund will be given.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that arise on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. At IGaming Club, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants at our events. As such, we require all attendees, including delegates, speakers, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers, to abide by our Code of Conduct at all times. This code applies to all forms of communication, including social media, before, during, and after the event.

Here are the behaviors that we do not tolerate at IGaming Club events:

  • Harassment: including any unwelcome or hostile behavior, verbal or written comments that intimidate or create discomfort.
  • Intimidation: deliberate stalking or following of any kind.
  • Abuse: physical, verbal, or otherwise.
  • Discrimination: against anyone based on their gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, age or being or becoming transgender.
  • Inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Use of sexualized language, images, or clothing.
  • Offensive banter, insults, taunts or exclusionary jokes.
  • Recording: video or audio recording of lectures, speakers, delegates, staff, exhibitions, venue, slides, posters, breaks or any other conference spaces, materials or individuals is not permitted without prior consent of the organizers.
  • Disruption of any lectures, sessions or masterclasses.
  • Email or written communication that is aggressive, rude, upsetting or could amount to harassment.
  • Publicizing, distributing, canvassing, displaying, carrying out activities or demonstrations, or distributing materials or inducements without prior agreement.

The above list is not exhaustive, and the organizer reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from the event for any behavior that is not consistent with this Code of Conduct, as determined at the organizer’s sole discretion.
