Betty Canada generated a record CA$111 million in net revenue in the third quarter of 2026, up 11% on Q2. Its new Alberta business contributed for the first time.
The privately held online casino operator went live in Alberta on July 13. The province brought in close to CA$10 million over the quarter, rising from CA$1.7 million in July to CA$4.7 million in September, when it made up 12% of group revenue. Betty signed up 42,831 first-time depositors there, and active players peaked at 31,600 in September. It expects Alberta’s share of revenue to reach 27% by December 2027. “Early signals suggest Alberta will deliver on its promise to become our main growth engine over the coming 14 months,” the company said.
Ontario net revenue rose 12% quarter on quarter, an increase of CA$11 million, and Betty says it now holds more than 20% of the province’s online casino market. It cut Ontario ad spend by 12% to CA$15 million. Over the same period, new depositors rose 6% to 56,702 and customer acquisition cost fell to CA$313. Monthly active players reached 182,000 in September.
Active players across the business hit a record, up 71% year on year. During the quarter, Betty also launched its own remote gaming server and its first in-house slot, Vault Wreckers, which drew 50,841 players in its first week.
