Snezhana Trachuk

Sniazhana Trachuk is a customer experience and operations leader with a strong background in VIP management, customer support, and AI-driven quality assurance. She currently serves as CEO of Qualiteam.ai, where she leads the development of an AI platform that helps companies evaluate and improve the quality of customer-facing conversations at scale.

Before joining Qualiteam.ai, Sniazhana spent more than four years at N1 Partners Group, progressing from VIP Manager to Team Lead of VIP Support. There, she built and led the VIP Support team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and process optimization while driving customer retention and service excellence. She began her iGaming career in customer support at SoftSwiss, gaining a solid foundation in player experience and operational excellence.
