Milan Novaković

Milan Novaković is the Founder and CEO of HIREQUARTERS, an iGaming-first content and SEO agency he founded in Serbia in 2017. He holds a degree in English Language and Literature, and that early love of writing and languages sits at the core of everything the agency does today.

Over the past nine years, Milan has learned every layer of building a business from scratch: setting the foundations, designing the workflow, and steadying the team through both quiet stretches and heavy quarters. Organizational discipline and long-view thinking are what keep the agency steady.

HIREQUARTERS holds Best Upwork Agency in Serbia (2020), a shortlist at the iGB Affiliate Awards, and nominations at SiGMA AGS and the AffPapa iGaming Awards. In May 2026, Milan joined the panel “Beyond Keywords: The New Era of Search Strategy for iGaming Brands” at the AffPapa Conference in Madrid.
