Jose Vergas is originally from Peru, with a background as a Civil Engineer and experience as a project manager for engineering projects. Having pursued a Master’s degree in the Netherlands, Jose founded Basher Agency, an iGaming marketing agency, five years ago. Leveraging his expertise in streamers and esports, Jose managed to provide high-quality traffic to the Latin America (Latam) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets.

With a decade of experience in international projects across Latam and The Netherlands, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge. His five years in the iGaming industry have honed his strategic skills. Despite his engineering background, Jose’s passion for iGaming led him to explore this dynamic field.
